Bespoke Print Assortment:

Purchases from the collection are not eligible for return or exchange at any point. Our bespoke Print collection services the Textile Design Industry and those who source one of a kind, copyright inclusive artwork. Each of these artworks are sold only once and therefore not eligible for return. Each textile design is protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America. They may not be used, provided or copied in any way to or by any third party in any form by any means, including photocopy, screenshot or email transfer, without written permission from NuPrimary, LLC. Copyright can only be transferred to the buyer once an invoice is paid in full.

Ordering Info

All standard NuPrimary products are available through our online shop, by email, or by phone order. The majority of NuPrimary items are custom made to order, although we often have a small selection of products in stock.

 

Payment

Payment is required in full to commence production of all orders. Accepted payment methods include, check, credit card, wire transfer, cash, and Paypal.

 

To the Trade

NuPrimary offers trade pricing to interior designers, architects, and members of the design trade. Please fill in our online registration as well as email us a copy of your retail certificate or trade credentials to obtain a discount code for online use. We do not collect tax in New York State on all trade orders.

 

Commercial Use

All of our patterns are available on contract grade wallcoverings and textiles.

Visit our Contract page for more information. Contract wallcovering and fabric is available to the trade only.

 

Shipping

The majority of Nuprimary products are made to order and the standard lead time for production is 3-6 weeks from the date the order is placed and payment received. All shipping is UPS/ Fedex ground unless otherwise specified, and delivery times vary accounting to destination. NuPrimary cannot be held responsible for delays occurring once package is in transit. Orders over $100 require a signature unless specifically waived by the end receiver. If signature delivery is waived NuPrimary cannot be held responsible for missing packages. Fees apply for address changes made after an order has shipped and for returned packages.

 

International Orders

NuPrimary does ship internationally to most countries around the world. Canada are Mexico are both considered international. We ship with a NAFTA certification on all goods. However, orders over $20 sent via commercial carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc) may incur clearing fees and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Disclaimer: Many countries charge import duties and/or custom’s fees which are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid upon delivery by the buyer. NuPrimary cannot estimate these fees as they vary from order to order. If you are unaware if your country charges duties or what the duties will be, please contact your postal authorities receive more information.

 

Sample Orders

All samples are sent via US post and should be expected within two weeks of ordering unless selected samples are out of stock. Generally, samples are sent via USPS and tracking is not available. If expedited samples are needed please email us or call us at 917.966.6092

 

Returns & Exchanges

NuPrimary does not accept returns. All of our products are custom made to order, and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering larger goods. If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used or installed, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue.

 

Product Variation

Due to the bespoke and small batch nature of our products, variations can occur. Fluctuations in the digital printing process, textures of woven natural fibers, and small custom dying of yarn are all issues that can contribute to variation but also offer a one of kind feeling to your product. We strive to retain a standard consistency but allowances are made for up to a 10% tolerance of variation.

 

Sale of Goods

We sell all our products with the belief that they are of the highest quality and will serve their intended purpose. You as the customer must take into account your particular situation and the conditions of the intended site. Any and all defects should be reported immediately when discovered prior to installation, or processing of any manner. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question. We are not liable for loss of profits and consequential, financial and other losses.

NuPrimary Items are Made to Order

NuPrimary offers over 300 pattern and colorway combinations available in a variety of MADE TO ORDER items including fabric and wallpaper for both residential and commercial use, pillows, poufs, baskets, rugs, and archival prints.

Since our products are made to order they have production LEAD TIMES that vary from 3-6 weeks for most items.

RUSH SERVICE is available for a fee on certain items when our production schedule allows. Email us at info@nuprimary.com if you are interested in rushing your item(s).

 

Can I Return or Exchange My Items?

NuPrimary does not accept returns or exchanges. All of our products are custom made to order, and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering larger goods. If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used or installed please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue.

Do You Carry In-Stock Items?

We offer a small selection of IN STOCK items that vary in availability. We do our best to keep our standard 8.5″ x 11″ SAMPLES of fabric and wallpaper in stock. However, due to high demand samples may sometimes be on back order. Please note large samples are made to order and have a 2-3 week lead time.

 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Samples

Standard 8.5″ x 11″& Wallpaper Samples:

1-2 weeks for in stock samples; samples are sent USPS unless expedited shipping is arranged.

Large 24″ x 24″ to 27″ x 27″ Fabric & Wallpaper Samples:

2-3 weeks; Rush service varies. Email us at  info@nuprimary.comif you are interested in expediting a large sample.

Fabric by the Yard / Pillows / Poufs / Baskets

Fabric Yardage:

2-3 weeks; Rush service available for a 10% fee of total order; ships within 1 week from date of payment.

Pillows & Poufs:

2-4 weeks; Rush service available for a 10% fee of total order ; ships within 1 week from date of payment.

Baskets:

4-6 weeks. No rush service available.

Wallpaper & Grasscloth

Prima Wallpaper:

3-5 weeks; Rush service available for a fee of $100; ships 1 week from payment.

Classic Wallpaper:

3-6 weeks; Rush service available on select patterns only for a 10% markup; ships within 1 week from date of payment.

Wide Format Wallpaper:

4-6 weeks.Rush service subject to availability for a fee of $125.00

Grasscloth:

4-6 weeks. No rush service available.

 

Do I need to see samples before placing my order?

We highly recommend ordering samples before placing your full order. We always strive for color accuracy but note that colors shown on the website are a representation only. Please refer to the actual product sample for color and quality. Samples of all our wallpapers and fabrics are available for purchase in our online shop in all available patterns and color-ways. Samples are generally 8.5” x 11”. Large samples measure between 24″x 24″ and 27″x27″ depending on the substrate.

In general NuPrimary does not provide free samples. However, members of the design trade may request a welcome package which includes a free collection catalog and a selection of introductory complimentary samples. Please send your request via email to info@nuprimary.com.

Shipping is free for standard size samples. All samples are sent via US post and should be expected within two weeks of ordering unless selected samples are out of stock. Tracking is not available on orders under $50. If expedited samples are needed please email or call us at 917.966.6092

How do I open an NuPrimary  trade account?

We offer a trade discount to interior designers, architects, and members of the design trade. Please fill out our registration form as well as email a copy of your resale certificate to info@nuprimary.com to obtain a discount code for online use when ordering samples. Please include your mailing address and we will send out a welcome packet with a collection catalog and a selection of introductory complimentary samples. If you wish, you may specify up to 5 specific patterns to be included.

How many fabrics options are there?

NuPrimary  offers four different fabric grounds. Available in all of our patterns and color-ways our fabric is printed to order locally in the Northeast. Our 100% linen comes in small batches from Belgium in two weights: oyster linen and heavyweight linen. We also offer organic cotton denim and a 50/50 linen cotton blend. All standard fabric options are 54 in. wide (137.2 cm). There is a one yard minimum order.

I’m ordering wallpaper and need help calculating what quantity I need.

We understand that ordering wallpaper for a space can be tricky, and we are happy to help you calculate how much paper you will need. Please contact us at info@nuprimary.com and we can assist with the calculation. Please provide wall height and width dimensions as well as drawings if possible. We will work to give you the most accurate estimate possible but we always recommend consulting with your wallpaper installer to confirm the final quantities.

We offer four different types of wallpaper which vary in size and are each calculated differently:

Prima

Available in select patterns only, Prima is an eco-friendly alternative to vinyl for residential and light commercial use, and is our most luxurious wallpaper option. Prima is printed as CUSTOM PANELS which are 2 feet wide with a length based on ceiling height to reduce waste and installation time. Each panel are priced by the square foot. Single rolls are also available and are 2 x18 feet, and are also priced by the square foot.

PRIMA WALLPAPER INSTALLATION GUIDE

Classic / Classic Matte

Available in select patterns only, our CLASSIC wallpaper is a clay coated paper manufactured with responsibly-sourced fiber by suppliers who adhere to one of the globally recognized forestry chain of custody programs. This is our most traditional feeling paper and it comes in a standard roll size of 27” x 15ft. Single, double,triple, and sometimes quadruple rolls available.

CLASSIC WALLPAPER INSTALLATION GUIDE

Wide Format

Available in select patterns only, our WIDE FORMAT wallpaper is an eco-friendly alternative to vinyl for residential and light commercial use. WIDE FORMAT wallpaper offers the quality and texture of our PRIMA paper but at a slightly more economical price by offering wider roll size to cover more surface area. Rolls are 33″ x 15 ft. Single, double, and triple rolls available.

WIDE FORMAT INSTALLATION GUIDE

Grasscloth

Available in select patterns only, Grasscloth is a constructed of a hand woven, earth friendly sisal fiber which is backed with chemical free paper and printed with water based latex inks. Roll size is 33 in. x 21 ft. Single rolls only.

GRASSCLOTH INSTALLATION GUIDE

Do you offer contract wallcovering?

Available to the trade only, our contract wall covering is an eco-friendly commercial grade wall covering which contains a minimum of 31% post-consumer recycled content. With Type II durability, a Class A fire rating, and low VOC emissions, this wall covering contributes to improved air quality, is recyclable, and can contribute towards the earning of up to 6 LEEDs credits. There is a 20 yard minimum and volume discounts for larger orders. The width of the print area is either 48” or 52” depending on the pattern, and can be printed up to 45 yards in length.

Mural wallpaper

Available in select patterns only, our MURAL wallpaper is a heavyweight, non-woven vellum wallpaper. This paper has a toothy hand-feel, lightly textured print surface, and matte finish to minimize glare. Suitable for residential and low-traffic commercial locations. Mural panels are 27″ wide with custom lengths in 1ft increments starting at 5ft up to 15ft, and are priced by the square foot. A complete mural artwork is 5 panels wide (Panel A, Panel B, Panel C, Panel D, Panel E). After 5 panels the artwork repeats horizontally ad-infinitum (ie. Panel A, Panel B, Panel C, Panel D, Panel E, Panel A, Panel B, etc.). Mural artwork does not repeat vertically. Before your mural panels are printed, our design team will email you with a proof for approval that outlines a suggested crop and layout based on the panels needed. Please CONTACT US and we will work with you to create the layout that fits the needs of your project.

We offer a variety of contract fabric options that meet or exceed NFPA 260, NFPA 701 and CAL 117 and are rated 50,000 DR Wyzenbek/ Martindale . Natural textiles meant for heavy traffic areas or commercial use can be ordered with commercial coatings in order to meet industry fire rating guidelines, rub tests, stain resistance and to prevent color wear. Weave downs and bulk pricing are available depending on quantities. Available to the trade only.
